Quarterly and monthly payments must be paid via FACTS: All families are required to register and maintain an active FACTS Payment Account.  After initial enrollment, all further amounts due DCS for tuition and other programs will process by ACH bank draft or credit card through FACTS Tuition Management. Payment plans are set to draft on 5th or 20th of each month according to plan selected at enrollment processing.  Upon contract finalization, monthly and quarterly accounts will be charged a one-time $45 annual contract enrollment fee by FACTS. There is no fee for annual drafts.  Payment plans registered with a credit card will incur additional credit card transaction fees.  Final payment on 2019-2020 student accounts must be paid in full by May 24, 2020.

Class Fees

Dominion offers various Advanced Placement courses where an additional testing fee will be billed for each AP class enrolled. There may be other classes (such as Fine Arts) that require a student to purchase consumable supplies at the expense of the student. For your convenience, faculty may choose to place class orders and charge a convenience fee in exchange for required consumable supplies. Faculty will notify class participants of these opportunities.   Student accounts will be billed and payments drafted accordingly.

Textbooks

Textbooks may be purchased from MBS Direct (www.mbsdirect.net). Both new and used books are available. The family is responsible for the cost of books, on average the approximate cost is $400-$600 depending upon courses taken and availability of used textbooks. MBS offers free shipping for 2019-2020 book orders.

Athletic Fee

All Middle School & High School Students participating in interscholastic athletics must pay an Athletic Fee for each sport in which they participate.  High School Varsity and Junior Varsity Participation Fees are $225 and Middle School is $150 per sport and are due prior to the first day of practice.   Additional gear fees may be assessed.  Student accounts will be billed and drafted via FACTS accordingly.  Roster participation will commence once all fees are paid in full.
