DCHS "UnWraps" a New Principal for 2008-2009
 July 18, 2008
As part of our year long program of updating, renewing, and refreshing DCHS, we are excited to announce the addition of Mr. Chuck Lawson as principal of Dominion Christian High School.
Chuck and his wife, Brenda, will be relocating from the Chicago area this summer. The Lawsons have two sons, Jonathan, a police officer in Aurora, Illinois, and Joshua, currently serving in the military in Iraq. Chuck comes well grounded in the arena of education, having been both a middle and high school principal for the past nine years. These years were divided between Aurora Christian School in Aurora Illinois and Hinckley Big Rock High School in Hinckley, Illinois. He was an administrator at Platt Valley Christian School in North Platte, Nebraska in the early 1990's. Chuck received his Bachelor of Biblical Education at Colorado Christian University and his Master of Educational Leadership from Aurora University.
Headmaster Joe Bradley says about the addition of the Lawsons to the DCHS family, "Chuck and Brenda Lawson bring experience, commitment and excellence to Dominion Christian. Chuck is the piece of the puzzle we have been praying for ... he has a kind, gentle and humble spirit that will impact the students, faculty, and staff in a godly way.
