Prerequisites & Application Procedures
 Students must have the ability to speak, read, write and comprehend English. We require international students attend our ESL (English Secondary Language) class in July prior to starting school August, the class cost is $350 with a $50 registration fee.
Application Procedures
- Complete the Student Application and the International Student Application, along with all requested documents, the $100 non-refundable application fee, and the $100 non-refundable international student application fee.
- Documents needed with the application forms:
- Reference forms (math teacher, English teacher, counselor)
- Transcript (or most recent report card for those entering 9th grade), translated to English. Students who have attended U.S. schools must provide full transcripts from those schools.
- Results from any standardized test taken in the past 3 years
- A list of all current (or coming) school year classes and any interim grades
- Official copy of TOEFL or SLEP score
- Immunization records, translated to English
- Copy of passport
- A 5-minute video (VHS tape or MPEG file) of applicant conversing in English
- A hand-written essay by the applicant on “Why I wish to come to the United States for school.”
- When all these forms are received and reviewed, you will be contacted to arrange for an interview. If you will be in the United States at a convenient time, we will work to arrange a personal interview at that time. Otherwise, we can conduct an interview over the phone.
- The administration will make an admissions decision after the interview. If accepted, you will be asked to pay the non-refundable international student fee of $750 along with the regular $500 tuition deposit.
All of the above documents are required to complete the admissions file.
* Transcripts: students who have attended U.S. schools MUST provide full transcripts. It is not our responsibility to obtain previous school records. Failure to provide complete transcripts could result in student repeating unnecessary classes.
